Advanced training
in mass transfer

Organizations trust Koch-Glitsch to educate their engineers on the fundamentals and specifics of mass transfer technology. Conducted twice a year, our weeklong mass transfer school is a thorough, intensive program led by experienced personnel at our Wichita, Kansas, USA headquarters.

Our program, designed by engineers for engineers in the refining, petrochemical, chemical and EPC industries, includes in-class instruction, design exercises and hands-on sessions at our world-class pilot plant. Here, students gain a better understanding of:

  • The fundamentals of different mass transfer devices
  • Operations of trays, packing and distributors
  • Basic mass transfer equipment calculations
  • The applicability of different mass transfer devices
  • Equipment design and selection
