Koch-Glitsch Contact Information
At Koch-Glitsch, we pride ourselves on working together to be our customers’ first choice. Our unique technology, combined with a wide range of associated services and strategically located manufacturing facilities, enable us to provide our customers with superior added value.

Koch-Glitsch was formed in 1997 with the acquisition of selected assets of Glitsch, Inc. by Koch Engineering Company, Inc. Glitsch, well-known in the industry for its bubble trays, launched one innovation after another: the first to design random packing in FCC and vacuum towers, the first to fully pack an atmospheric crude tower with structured packing, and the first to apply system simulation to justify design concepts.

Koch Engineering started in 1945 and developed the FLEXITRAY valve tray in 1951, a major breakthrough in distillation technology. Like Glitsch, Koch Engineering had a series of firsts. In the 1970s, Koch Engineering became the leading supplier of structured packing to the North American refining and chemical processing markets. In the 1980s, Koch Engineering installed random packing in the largest vacuum tower in existence at that time. And in the 1990’s Koch Engineering supplied FLEXIPAC® packing and FLEXIGRID® packing in a 50’ ID Vacuum Tower and developed ULTRA-FRAC®, the highest capacity distillation tray available.

Koch-Glitsch is the best of both Koch Engineering and Glitsch, Inc. Our commitment to providing value-added products for our customers is stronger than ever. We are developing Application Specialists who not only know mass transfer, but also have specific expertise regarding our customers’ businesses and processes. As we understand our customers’ industries and applications better, we can proactively offer the best solutions and truly develop global leadership. Take a look at our applications.
